Indexa-V products are custom manufactured drilling systems designed to deliver accuracy and high productivity to your cutting application. Cutting inserts are made with micrograin tungsten carbide, configured to specific geometry and finish-coated to work in your cutting material.
Designed with a patented “V” seat, tool holders provide stability for accurate cutting repeatability. A total of 8 holder bodies accommodate diameters ranging from .473” to 1.375”.

In many cases Indexa-V can modify an existing body configuration from their diverse portfolio to describe a custom solution that meets production specifics and cuts development time and cost.

Benefits include self locking/self-centering drills designed with unique “V” pocket to assure axial thrust direction through the center of the tool holder.
- Advantages: Greater stability, better size control and a higher quality finish. Sub micron chip resistant substrates ensure longer life of the cutting edge.
- Drilling and back chamfering are combined in one operation.
- Changing the drill insert can be done right in the machine, with no resetting for drill length.
- Indexa-V drill products come in a wide range of drill diameters 0.4375" (11.11mm) to 1.378" (35.00mm), and they're available with 8 standard holder series which include short length straight flutes, regular length straight flutes and twist.
